Leo and his team were recommended to me by my niece who just completed her own renovation with him. Boy am I lucky she did. Leo renovated my new-to-me, all original 1980's condo in The Bluffs. I can't believe it is the same place! We ran into a lot of hidden problems that only a 40 year old entirely untouched property can present, but Leo handled them perfectly. We had some supply chain delays due to COVID, but Leo himself worked extremely efficiently. The quality of workmanship could not be surpassed, and his team could not be more responsive. His entire team was neat, polite, and skilled. I felt very safe having them all in my home. They all seem more like family now and honestly, I will miss having them around.
